Your systems run. Your people do not have to.

We find what does not work in your operation. We repair it. Then we make it run by itself. One team in Montréal builds the software, the hardware and the infrastructure.

01The chaos

You know these problems.

The same data, three times.

Three people type the same number into three systems.

One wrong key.

A person types 40,000 instead of 4,000. Nobody sees the error.

A security risk you cannot see.

Your people share one password. Nobody updates the server.

A question with four answers.

You ask what the job cost. Four people look, and find four numbers.

Month end, every month.

Your team uses one week to make the reports agree.

A device that stops.

The scanner loses the network. The count stops with it.

You pay for every one of these.

02One truth

Five systems. Five versions of the truth.

Sales has one number. Finance has another. The warehouse has a third. Nobody knows which one is correct.

We build one source of data. Every system sends to it. Everyone sees the same number.

Ask once. Get one answer.

03Unseen

You see only half of the problems.

We do not repair only the problems you know about. We find the problems you do not know about.

00 problems found

Move the pointer across the diagram to examine it

  • manual data entry
  • no backup
  • shared login
  • device offline
  • duplicate record
  • server not updated
  • no audit record

We find the problems first.

04How it works

Identify. Optimize. Simplify.

  1. 01

    Identify.

We start in your facility, not in a presentation. We follow your data to its source. Then we put a cost on each problem.

  2. 02

    Optimize.

We repair the expensive problems first. We connect the systems that must share data. We replace the software nobody can maintain. We make the server safe.

  3. 03

    Simplify.

Then the work runs by itself from one source of data. Fewer screens. Fewer steps. Fewer people on the problem.

Turbulent to laminar.

05What we build

We build the system and the device that supplies it.

Most software companies stop at the screen. Most hardware companies stop at the device. Your operation is between the two. We build both.

Software that connects.

We build applications, integrations and automation. Sometimes that connects the systems you already have. Sometimes it is the first system you own, built from nothing. We replace what has to go and extend what does not.

Hardware that reports.

We design and manufacture circuit boards, firmware, scanners, kiosks and sensors. They operate offline, because a facility does not always have a network.

Infrastructure that stays available.

We supply hosting, security, monitoring and backups. Nobody on your team has to think about them.

Advice that is specific.

We audit your operation and supply technical leadership part time. We tell you what to repair, what to keep, and what not to buy.

One team, both halves.

06Proof

We build in difficult conditions.

Access

Access

Property operations

The building runs on one record

Work orders, preventive maintenance, supplier dispatch and a document vault, in one place instead of four. The kiosk in the lobby, the resident's phone and the manager's dashboard all read the same record, so nobody asks twice what the state of a unit is.

Toromont CAT

Master data

One customer record, scored and trusted

An ERP full of duplicate customers and contacts nobody could rely on. We scored every field and kept the score with the record, merged the duplicates into one master, and set a threshold that sends a doubtful record to a person instead of guessing.

Future Quest

Platform engineering

One API, one source of truth

Quests to complete and exclusive content to unlock, for a community that grew past 5,000 on Discord and 20,000 on X. We built it on serverless functions behind a single GraphQL API, so progress and entitlements come from one place rather than several.

Phynx

Fractional technical leadership

One set of records, three dashboards

Event pages, ticketing, reservations, guest lists and check-in at the door, with the promoter, finance and CRM dashboards reading the same records behind them. We set the architecture and the permission model that decides who sees what, and provide the technical leadership.

SDM

Financial operations

Several systems, one reconciled view

Client portfolios, liquidity providers, banking and digital assets were each held somewhere different. We integrated them behind one platform with real-time APIs and automated reconciliation, which cut the manual processing and left the numbers agreeing with each other.

T.O.P. Marketing

Distribution operations

The warehouse and the storefront stop disagreeing

Two storefronts, one warehouse, and totals that have to be right in both. Multi-location inventory, backorder split shipping, batch fulfilment and bill-to-account payment all work off one stock figure, and the floor updates it by scanning rather than by telling someone.
