Building access
A lobby kiosk that calls residents over video, one-time access codes, and door unlock from a phone. We built the kiosk, the resident app, the manager app and the back office: work orders, preventive maintenance, supplier dispatch and a document vault.

Clinical decision support
A decision-support app for clinicians managing aortic disease. We are rebuilding it for current guidelines: the guidelines engine, measurement calculators, genetic risk tools and a clinic finder, on HIPAA-certified hosting. iOS, Android and web.
Billfold
Payment hardware
A portable point-of-sale terminal, designed from the enclosure in. We selected and certified the components, modelled the mechanics, ran structural and thermal simulations, fitted an active cooler, and sized a 14,000 mAh battery for twelve hours of continuous use. The RFID reader presses out for service.

Data quality and enrichment
Customer and contact records sat in an ERP that needed cleansing. We read the exports, scored every field, merged the duplicates into master records, and enriched them from OSINT sources.
Future Quest
Climate engagement
Future Quest partnered with ProductShop to drive climate engagement through an interactive app. We built a seamless React and Next.js-based platform with serverless functions and GraphQL, enabling users to complete quests and access exclusive content. The project saw massive growth, amassing 5K+ Discord users, 20K+ X followers, and a thriving impact-driven community.
Meow Wolf
Immersive experience
Meow Wolf sought to deepen audience immersion using Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) technology. ProductShop implemented a Hasura and websocket-based solution for real-time, three-dimensional tracking. Despite connectivity challenges, we achieved stable communication within seconds and precise range accuracy, paving the way for enhanced location-aware experiences.

A ticketing and events platform for venues and promoters: event pages, ticketing, reservations, guest lists and mobile check-in at the door, with promoter, finance and CRM dashboards behind them. We set the architecture and the permission model, and provide the technical leadership.

Financial operations
SDM partnered with us to build a centralized platform for managing client portfolios, liquidity providers, banking, and digital assets. Using real-time APIs and automated reconciliation, we created a comprehensive solution that integrated multiple financial systems. The solution cut manual processing costs and improved data integrity, significantly boosting operational efficiency.
